A Humble Beginning

          Building Cleaning Systems began with one man’s dream to succeed. His goal was to have a family business that would be highly regarded as competent and honorable. From first hand experience Heleo Carrasco and his wife, Ilda, know what it is like to clean buildings. After working for many years as janitors, their dream is to have Building Cleaning Systems serve through out southern California.

          The business started when Heleo took a giant leap of faith and moved to Palm Springs to service the area in 1997. In response to the fast growing request for his business, the Carrasco family moved back to Orange County, where Heleo continued to manage the business in the Inland Empire and in Orange County.

          Although Building Cleaning Systems is a fairly new company, it's foundation is composed of over 20 years of experience. Its rapid success is attributed to the dedication of the owner, the loving support of his family, his hard working employees and the opportunities granted by his clients.
